Must know
  • You choose the Registration Style on the General step. Once a program has enrollments or drop-ins, your options narrow to the compatible ones: a program with full enrollments can still switch between full-only and Full & Drop-in, one with drop-ins between by-class and Full & Drop-in, and one with both is pinned to Full & Drop-in.
  • Drop-ins can only be booked within a 7-day advance window — sessions further out show as disabled until they come into range.
  • Full enrollment and drop-ins draw on one shared program capacity, so a full session can send a drop-in to the waitlist.
The Registration Style on the General step controls how families sign up:
  • Enroll in entire program — a family registers once and the athlete is enrolled for every session in the program period.
  • Sign up per class — the family registers individually for each session they want.
  • Full & Drop-in — the family can either enroll in the whole program or drop in for a single session.
Setting drop-in pricing. For Full & Drop-in, the Drop-in price (per session) on the Billing step is separate from the full-program price. Leave it blank or set it to 0 for free drop-ins. The drop-in fee is a flat charge that applies to any single session. How it behaves for families. On your marketing site, a full-program card takes one registration for the series; a per-class or drop-in card lets families pick specific sessions, with drop-ins limited to the next seven days. Because capacity is shared, the storefront and checkout enforce the same seat count across full and drop-in registrations.
