  • One total, four kinds of file. Settings > Billing & Usage > Storage Usage totals your media, registration files, organization assets and question answers.
  • Deletes are permanent, and a file still in use is refused. You can delete files from the Largest Files list.
  • Your usage limits your plan choices. You can’t move to a plan whose storage limit is below what your club uses now.
Where to find it. Go to Settings > Billing & Usage > Storage Usage. The page is headed File Storage and reads “[size] used of [limit] across [n] files” (without “of [limit]” when your plan has no storage limit). If your plan has a limit, the Billing & Plans page also shows a Storage usage card with the same total and an Over limit badge once you pass it. What counts. Photos and videos (media), files uploaded during registration, organization assets such as logos and imported files, and files given as answers to custom questions. If your plan has a limit, an upload that would pass it is refused. Reading the page. Clubs with many files. Storage by File Type uses only your largest files of each kind, so it can add up to less than the total. Free up space.

Delete the file

In Largest Files, select the trash icon on the file’s row. The Delete file box warns “This action cannot be undone.” Select Delete.

If the delete is refused

A photo, video or organization asset that is still in use shows “[file] is still in use. Remove it from the places using it first.” Remove it from those places, then delete it again.
Who can delete what. Deleting a registration file needs the Edit Athletes permission, and deleting an organization asset needs Edit Settings. Imported files and question answers have no trash icon. To see what uses each logo or image, go to Settings > Organization > Organization Assets. Moving to a smaller plan. If a plan’s storage limit is below what you use, the Change Subscription Plan dialog shows Cannot switch to this plan (“This plan allows [x] GB storage, but you’re using [y] GB”) and you can’t confirm the change. Delete files first, then try again.
