  • What a code skips. A valid code lets a family register, or join the waitlist, while registration is Scheduled or Closed. Age, membership, waiver and capacity rules still apply.
  • Open Registration Now clears it. In the step-by-step builder, choosing Open Registration Now removes the code. The Configure panel keeps it.
  • Active programs only. The early access link leads to a not-found page until the program is saved as Active.
  • Typing a code. Families can enter a code on the program page only while registration is Scheduled. For a Closed window, send them the link.
Before you start. Codes work on your club website’s program page only, not in the family portal. A code must match exactly, capitals included. Each program has one code.

Open the registration settings

On Registrations > Programs, use a row’s menu to choose Configure (or click Settings on the program page) for a panel with a Registration tab. Or choose Edit step-by-step (View program for a draft) for the builder.

Set a code

Under Early Access Code, type a code or click Generate for a random 8-character one. In the builder, also choose Schedule Registration (offered only until the program starts). In the panel, the code works under Close Registration too.

Save as Active

Click Save Program (Create Program for a new one) in the builder, or Save Changes in the panel. Never use Save as Draft. To publish a program that is still a Draft, save it from the builder. The panel keeps it a Draft unless you change the Registration Window option.

Share the link

Copy the link on the Early Access Link card. In the panel it appears as soon as you type a code, so save first. In the builder it appears only when you reopen a saved program. Without a published club website, the card asks you to publish it.
What families see. The link opens the program page with the code applied. The button follows the program’s state, such as Enroll in program or Join Waitlist. On a Closed program it reads Registration Closed but works with the code. With only the code, families click Have an access code?, enter it and click Apply. Many programs at once. Click Select, pick programs, then Bulk Edit (N) > Registration window. This field also sets the window on every selected program, so choose Schedule registration or Close registration first. The default, Open registration now, lets everyone in, so the code only matters after the close date. A blank Early access code clears it on all of them. When the window changes. Registration opens and closes on its own within an hour of the times you set. After it closes, only code holders get in. Renewing a season drops the code.
