Must know
  • The Early Access Code is set on the Registration step. Anyone with the code can register even while the window is scheduled or closed.
  • The code only takes effect once you save the program — that’s when it’s stored and can be honored at checkout. A shareable Early Access Link appears separately, on the Registration step, only when you reopen a saved program to edit it and your marketing site is published; before that there’s no link to hand out.
  • It’s a single code per program, so treat it like a password and only share it with the families you want to let in early.
Early access is handy for returning families, priority groups, or a soft launch before public registration opens.
1

Set a code

On the Registration step, find Early Access Code. Type your own code or click Generate to create one.
2

Save the program

Save the program. Saving takes you back to the programs list — the code is stored now, but the link doesn’t appear in place.
3

Reopen to get the link

Reopen the program in Edit mode and return to the Registration step. When your marketing site is published, an Early Access Link with the code built in appears there.
4

Share it

Copy the Early Access Link and send it to the families who should register early. It opens the program’s page with the code already applied; from there they click Enroll in program to start checkout with early access granted. If you share just the code instead, families can enter it in the Have an access code? prompt on the program page — but that prompt only appears while the program is in its Scheduled window.
Families who don’t have the code still see the normal window — the program opens for everyone else on its scheduled date. If your marketing site isn’t published yet, publish it to generate the shareable link. Related: How do I control when registration opens and closes? · How do I create a new program?
