Must know
- No website contact settings. The Contact page email comes from Settings > Organization > Overview and its phone from your default facility.
- Empty means hidden. No email hides the contact form. No email, phone or address hides the whole Contact page and its menu link, even with the page switched on.
- Messages land in Chat. Contact form messages go to Communication > Chat, and a copy goes to your club’s contact email. Answer from Chat so the visitor gets your reply.
- Facilities starts off. The Facilities page is off by default and lists only active facilities, default first.
The Contact page

Check the page is on
Go to Settings > Website > Pages. Contact is on by default, and its card links to Organization Overview. If you switch it on, click Save Changes.

Set the email and address
On Settings > Organization > Overview, click Edit, fill in Email and the address fields, then click Save.

Set the phone
On Settings > Organization > Facilities, open the facility marked Default, click Edit, fill in Phone, then click Save Changes. The phone number on Overview is not used.
Contact form messages
Where they go. Each message becomes a Web & Email conversation in Communication > Chat, or joins and reopens the sender’s earlier one. The emails. Your contact email gets a copy, Contact form message received. The visitor gets an automatic acknowledgement, Website contact form received. Replies to it reach your contact email, not Chat. If your email is removed while a form is open, that message still reaches Chat, with no emails. Answer from Chat. Reply in the conversation. In a Web & Email conversation the visitor gets your reply by email (the Chat message notification rule must be on), and their emailed reply comes back to the same conversation. If the message joined a family’s earlier text or portal conversation, your reply goes out that way instead. Replying to the copy from your own mailbox does not reach the visitor. Reword or switch off. On Settings > Communication > Notifications, open the System Rules tab and either email’s row menu: Edit to reword it (then Save wording), or Disable. Messages still reach Chat. Turn it on. On Settings > Website > Pages, switch Facilities on and click Save Changes. What visitors see. Our Facilities lists only facilities whose Status is Active: your default first, marked Primary Location, then by name. Each shows:- Its address and a map, or Map unavailable when the address has no map location yet.
- Its own phone, email and description, if filled in.
- Hours grouped by day, like Mon - Fri, when you have set hours, with Closed on the days without any.
- View Programs, only when programs at that facility show on your Programs page right now.
