Must know
- Restrictions: Age, Gender, Capacity, Medical Information, Level, Achievement, Waiver and Custom Questions. Level and Achievement need the Training plan feature; Custom Questions needs the Custom Information plan feature.
- Any or all: with two or more levels or achievements picked, All selections must be satisfied for this requirement to be met. makes every one required. Otherwise any one is enough.
- Families who don’t qualify are blocked at checkout. Staff can override most restrictions on a manual invoice; Add member with a charge enforces them. A membership at capacity is refused on every path.
- Purchase conditions (something already bought or attended, such as a Family membership) are set on the membership’s detail page.

Switch on a restriction
In the Requirements & Restrictions card, switch on what you need and fill in its values.

Save or publish
Click Save as Draft (Save Draft when editing a draft) or Publish (Save Changes on a live membership).
Switching off. Level, Achievement and Waiver keep their picks (Kept for when this is switched back on) but stop being enforced. Age, Gender, Capacity and Custom Questions clear their values.
Drafts. A draft can hold empty picks; Publish is refused with a message naming the first thing still missing (for example, that you must select at least one gender). Achievement Requirement or Custom Questions switched on with nothing picked is refused on every save, drafts included.
Where it is enforced.
Restrictions are checked at purchase, not renewal, so an athlete who ages out keeps renewing.
How capacity counts. Active members in each billing cycle; a cycle with its own limit uses that instead. Several athletes in one cart count together, so a cart that would overfill the cycle is refused before payment. If two families check out for the last spot at the same time, the cycle is never oversold, but the second family may already have paid and you would refund them by hand.
Purchase conditions. Open the membership to find Purchase conditions, which require something already bought or attended. On a manual invoice, staff can override them. Save with Save purchase conditions. The cards are Family membership, Program enrollment, Booking reservation, Event ticket, Store purchase and Competition entry (no Family pass). A Required by panel lists what requires this membership.
