Must know
  • The reset link works once and expires after 1 hour. Requesting a new link cancels any earlier, unused link.
  • Your new password needs at least 12 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character (~, ` and spaces don’t count as special characters).
  • A reset doesn’t restore access a club admin removed. If your staff account was deactivated, ask a club admin to reactivate you.
  • If you normally sign in with Google or Microsoft, keep doing that. A reset link can still add a password as an extra way in.
