Must know
  • The requirement is satisfied family-wide: any usable held pass, or a matching pass added to the same cart, lets the family register.
  • An exhausted credit pass does not satisfy the requirement — a non-holder is hard-blocked at checkout.
  • A pass badge appears on program cards on both your admin dashboard and your public storefront, so families and staff see the restriction upfront — the storefront card reads Pass Required.
  • Available on plans that include Passes — if you don’t see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
Requiring a pass turns a program into a holders-only registration. This is separate from pricing — use it when only families who own a specific pass should be able to sign up at all.
1

Open the program builder

Edit the program and go to the Requirements step.
2

Turn on Pass Requirement

Switch on Pass Requirement (“Require athletes to have an active pass to register”).
3

Choose the qualifying passes

Check one or more passes that satisfy the requirement, then save. (If you haven’t built a pass yet, create one first.)
At checkout, the requirement is met if anyone in the family holds a usable qualifying pass, or if a qualifying pass is in the same cart. A credit pass that’s out of credits does not count, and a shopper who doesn’t qualify is blocked from completing the purchase for that program. A pass badge signals the restriction on program cards — on both your admin dashboard and your public storefront — so families know a pass is needed before they try; on the storefront it reads Pass Required.
