Must know
  • Available on plans that include Memberships — if you don’t see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
  • Save as Draft needs only a name. Everything else is checked only when you publish, so you can start rough and finish later.
  • Your plan caps how many memberships you can have, so creating a new one can be blocked if you’re at the limit. Archived memberships don’t count toward that cap — archiving old ones frees up room.
Creating a membership is a single form — there’s no multi-step wizard.
1

Open the Memberships page

From the dashboard, go to Memberships, then click Create Membership.
2

Fill in the Details

Enter a Membership Name (the only required field). Optionally add a Description, upload a Membership Image, pick a Season, and choose a GL code for accounting.
3

Set the online visibility

Leave Available for purchase online on so families can buy it in your store. Turn it off to keep the membership admin-assigned only — it stays hidden from your website.
4

Save as Draft

Click Save as Draft. The membership is stored as a draft you can return to and refine at any time.
From here you’ll typically set the price and billing, choose who can buy it, and then publish — each covered in its own article below. A draft is never on sale and never bills anyone, so there’s no rush to finish it in one sitting.
