Must know
- Confirm your age once. New staff accounts must confirm they’re 18 or older on a One more thing page before the dashboard opens.
- Access Deactivated means an admin at that club turned off your staff access; only a club admin can turn it back on.
- Invitations expire after 7 days. Ask your club admin to send a new one.
- Use the address your club has on file. A Google or Microsoft account with a different address isn’t recognized.
The one-time “One more thing” page. After any sign-in method, a staff account that hasn’t confirmed its age stops at a page titled One more thing. Mostly new staff accounts see it, usually once. Tick I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older. and the terms box if shown, then press Confirm and Continue (Agree and Continue when only the terms are owed). Waivers your club requires can appear there too; the button can’t be pressed until they’re finished. The dashboard won’t open until you’re done.
