  • Available From sets when the membership first goes on sale. A future date schedules it to open automatically.
  • Days before cycle start (Monthly and Yearly only, whole numbers from 1) limits how early each cycle can be bought. A cycle stays buyable until its coverage ends.
  • A changed Days before cycle start does not move a renewal cycle that already exists. Renewal cycles created after you save use it. The first cycle always follows the current value.
  • The window also limits which cycles staff can pick in Add member.
Where to find it. Go to Athletes > Memberships and create or edit a membership. Both settings are on the Pricing & Billing card. Plan and permission. Memberships must be on your club’s plan. Editing needs Edit Training; creating needs Create Training.

Set Available From

Leave it on Available immediately to sell as soon as you publish. Pick a future date and publishing shows “Membership scheduled - available” and the date. It opens by itself when that date arrives.

Set Days before cycle start

Under Purchase Window (recurring memberships only), enter how many days before a cycle begins members can start buying it. Blank shows No restriction. A value below 1 is raised to 1.

Decide on Allow purchase outside window

Off by default. When on, members can purchase a cycle before its purchase window opens. The cycle’s own end date still applies. Renewal cycles get their opening date when they are created, so the switch may not open every later cycle early.
Scheduled memberships. In a scheduled membership’s ⋯ menu, Activate now opens it early and moves Available From to today. Unschedule returns it to Draft. What the window controls. With no window, the next cycle is buyable for the whole of the current cycle, and no further ahead. A window limits only how early buying begins. A one-time or per-session membership stays buyable through its last day. Outside the window. The cycle is hidden from your club website and family checkout refuses it with “Not within purchase window”. On a manual invoice sale, staff see a warning and can proceed. Add member. The dialog offers only cycles a family could buy right now. A billing period’s detail page shows its Purchase window dates when set.
