Must know
  • A future Available From date keeps a published membership Scheduled — it opens for sale automatically when that date arrives.
  • The Purchase Window setting appears only for recurring (Monthly / Yearly) memberships.
  • Leaving Days before cycle start blank means each cycle is buyable as soon as it exists.
Two settings on the Pricing & Billing card control the timing of sales. Available From sets the earliest date a membership can be purchased. Leave it blank and the membership is available as soon as it’s published. Set a future date and publishing schedules the membership instead — it sits in the Scheduled state and opens on its own when the date arrives, with no action needed from you. Purchase Window (recurring memberships only) limits how far ahead of each billing cycle members can start buying that cycle:

Set the lead time

In Days before cycle start, enter how many days before a cycle begins members can start purchasing it. Leave it blank for no restriction — the cycle is then buyable as soon as it exists.
Use the purchase window when you want each renewal period to open on a predictable schedule rather than being buyable indefinitely in advance. Related: How do I set membership pricing and billing? · What is the membership lifecycle? · How do I publish a membership?
