Must know
  • Pausing a member suspends their recurring charge so renewals stop; Resume starts billing again — available anytime.
  • Changing a member’s price or coverage dates is locked to Uplifter once the membership has active members: saving returns a message to contact support. A price override, when it goes through, applies from the next cycle; clearing it reverts to the standard price.
  • These are per-member adjustments — they never change the membership’s default price or anyone else’s.
Every member has an action panel on the membership’s detail page. Under Members, click Manage in the athlete’s row to open it — the top shows their status, current price, period end, and next charge date. Override the price. Under Price override, enter a new amount and click Save. It takes effect from the member’s next cycle, so the current paid period is unchanged. Clear the field and save again to drop the override and put them back on the standard cycle price. Use this to give one member a discounted or custom rate without editing the membership. Adjust coverage dates. Under Adjust coverage dates, set a new Start or End and click Save dates. This shifts the member’s own coverage window — handy for correcting a start date or extending someone. Price and date changes lock once the membership has active members. Both are billing terms, so on a membership that already has members, saving either one returns a message to contact Uplifter — the fields stay visible and editable, but only your Uplifter contact can apply the change. Pausing and resuming billing isn’t locked. Pause and resume billing. If the member has a recurring charge, use Pause billing to suspend it — renewals stop until you come back and choose Resume billing. Pausing is the right tool for a temporary hold (an injury, a season away) where you don’t want to cancel outright.
1

2

Make the change
