Must know
  • These controls sit on the Billing step when you create a program, and on the General tab of the Configure panel when you edit one (there’s no Billing tab in the edit view).
  • Member and pass rates are available on plans that include Memberships or Passes — if you don’t see them, ask your Uplifter contact. The pass or membership tier must already exist to price it.
  • Pass rates can’t exceed the price they override; membership rates have no ceiling — set one above or below the base price. Bulk discounts are checked when you save.
  • On a Full & Drop-in program, each member or pass rate targets either the Full program price or the Drop-in price, and session discounts can reward athletes who book multiple drop-in sessions (the count is per athlete, not combined across siblings). On other registration styles the special rate applies to the program’s price (the per-session price on sign-up-per-class programs).
  • These rates and discounts don’t apply to a program priced from a rate card — the whole section is hidden while a program bills from one.
You can offer three kinds of savings on top of the base price. Bulk (quantity) discounts. Under Discounts, add a rule that kicks in when a family buys a certain quantity — a Session Discount for booking several sessions or a Family Discount for enrolling multiple athletes. Discounts apply automatically at checkout. On a Full & Drop-in program, session discounts are measured against the drop-in price, so that program needs a paid drop-in price to add one. Member and pass pricing. The tiered pricing section titles itself based on what your club uses — Member & Pass Pricing, Pass Pricing, or Member Pricing:
1

Add a pass price

Under Pass pricing, click Add pass price, choose a pass, and enter the special price athletes who hold that pass pay. On a Full & Drop-in program, also choose whether the rate applies to the Full program or a Drop-in — add the same pass twice to set both.
2

Add a membership price

Under Membership pricing, click Add membership price, choose a membership group, and enter the price members of that group pay — again picking Full program or Drop-in on a Full & Drop-in program.
A too-high pass rate is flagged so you can fix it before saving. Both pickers list only your active passes and membership groups — a draft one won’t appear until you activate it, though a rate you’ve already added keeps its name if that pass or group later goes inactive.
