Must know
- Requirements tab. Open the pass’s Requirements tab to require waivers, a Family membership or an earlier purchase before someone can buy it, then click Save purchase conditions.
- Waivers before purchase. With this on, the buyer picks an athlete and signs outstanding waivers before the pass goes in the cart.
- Custom Questions. With your club’s Custom Information feature, these are asked once for each pass bought, and required answers must be completed before payment.
1
Open the Requirements tab
In Settings > Registration > Passes, click the pass’s row or card (or its actions menu > Manage), then open Requirements.
2
Turn on the cards you need
Switch on each card you need and pick its waivers, memberships or items. Cards show only for features your club uses.
3
Save
Click Save purchase conditions. It then reads Saved.
Two or more picks. On Family membership and the earlier-purchase cards, picking two or more shows All selections must be satisfied for this requirement to be met. Tick it to require all of them, not just one.
How strict. Earlier-purchase cards offer How strict: Warn only tells the family what’s missing but lets them buy. Refuse early and Refuse at checkout both stop the purchase.
Custom Questions. On the Details tab (or the create form), turn on Custom Questions, pick active questions set to Each purchased item, then click Save Changes. With none picked, saving shows “Select at least one purchase question, or turn custom questions off”.
What the buyer sees. On your website, Add to Cart first shows Checking requirements…. If the pass needs waivers, the buyer signs in, picks an athlete and signs the waivers first. Memberships and earlier purchases are checked at checkout.
Pending holdings. A family’s pass still waiting on its conditions shows Requirements pending on the family’s page and gives no pass-holder prices until it is ready.
