Must know
- A plan feature. When your plan includes it (see Settings > Organization > Features), staff with View Financials see Financials > Punch Cards.
- A way to pay, not a lower price. A punch card pays for a registration or drop-in in punches, so that line bills $0.
- Recurring cards never carry punches over. A monthly or yearly card issues a brand new card each cycle, with its own expiry.

The list. Each row shows price, punches, expiry, billing, Online (Yes or Staff-only), Cards issued, Active cards, Punches outstanding and Status. Its menu has View issued cards, Edit punch card, Deactivate or Activate, and Delete (Retire once cards have been issued).
Selling it in your store. Active card types with Available online on appear under Punch cards, below the products on your club website’s Store page (your plan must include Store, and the Store page must be on under Settings > Website > Pages). A card is bought for a family, not one athlete. A buyer with no family must create or join one first. Discounts never apply to a punch card purchase.
Letting a program take punches. On a program’s Billing step or tab, the pricing section has Pay with a punch card (“Punches cover the whole charge. This line bills $0 and is not taxed.”). Choose Add punch card price, pick a card type and set what one use costs in punches (1 by default), for the full program or for drop-ins. The program’s price, including any pass or membership price, is worked out first, so punches never compete with it, and paying in punches never spends a pass credit too.
Granting a card. On a card type’s page (click its row), click Grant card. Choose the Family that will own it, optionally turn on Set a custom end date, add a Note, and click Grant card. Nothing is billed and no invoice is created.
What families see. When a program accepts punches and the family holds a qualifying card, registration offers Pay with a punch card. Families track punches on the Punch Cards page of the family portal. When you enroll an athlete yourself, a family card that covers it is used unless you choose Pay instead.
