Must know
  • Levels are multi-select — an athlete can hold several at once.
  • The Levels field pulls from the training levels you have configured; if none are set up, the field is hidden.
  • The Levels field and the roster’s Levels column only appear when the Training feature is enabled for your club — if you don’t see them, ask your Uplifter contact.
Levels describe where an athlete sits in your training progression. They’re set directly on the athlete, and an athlete can carry more than one at a time (for example, a level on one apparatus and a different level on another).
1

Open the add or edit form

Either click Add Athlete on the Athlete Directory, or open an existing athlete and choose Edit Details (from the row menu) or Edit Profile (from the athlete’s profile).
2

Pick levels

In the Levels field, select every level that applies. Choose more than one to assign multiple levels; remove a level by deselecting it.
3

Save

Click Add Athlete or Save Changes. The assigned levels show as badges on the athlete and in the roster’s Levels column.
The list of levels you can choose from is your club’s configured training levels. If the field appears but is empty, no levels have been created yet — setting up the level catalog is done in your training settings, not on the athlete. If the field is hidden entirely, the Training feature is turned off for your club (ask your Uplifter contact), regardless of whether any levels have been created.
