  • Everything lives at Settings > Billing & Usage > Subscription Billing. The page itself is headed Billing & Plans.
  • Anyone who can view settings can open the page and manage payment methods. Changing or cancelling your plan needs the Edit Settings permission.
  • If the plan button reads Plan Changes Unavailable, or a Subscription Locked notice appears, contact Uplifter support to make changes.
  • Canadian clubs see plan prices plus applicable tax. Plans with a platform fee show it on the Current plan card.
Your subscription is your club’s Uplifter plan: the tier you pay for, how often you are billed, and its limits. What is on the page. The cards appear in this order: Platform fee. Some plans charge a percentage of paid transactions on top of the transaction fee. The Current plan card then shows Platform fee and notes that the flat fee is billed in advance, while the platform fee is billed after each month ends, for that month, by pre-authorized debit. Available plans shows ”+ X% platform fee” under Transaction fee. Payment Methods. You can save cards, digital wallets (Apple Pay and Google Pay), or a bank account (ACH in the US, pre-authorized debit in Canada), depending on what is available for your club. See How do I add, remove, or set a default payment method?. Billing history. Columns are Reference, Period, Amount, Status, and Date, plus Tax for Canadian clubs. Amount is what you were charged, with “credit applied” underneath when credit covered part of it. See How do I view my subscription billing history?. When you cannot change your plan. The page tells you why. Who can do what. Opening the page needs View Settings. Changing or cancelling a plan needs Edit Settings. Settings > Billing & Usage also holds Email Usage, SMS Usage, Storage Usage, and Hero Usage (the SMS and Hero pages appear when those features are on). Settings > Organization > Overview has a Subscription card with your plan, its status (Trialing, Active, or Past Due), and Next billing.
