Must know
  • The registration window lives on the Registration step. Choose Open Registration Now or Schedule Registration for a future date and time.
  • The close date and time must be strictly after the open date and time. A Close Date is required once you open or schedule registration — it’s pre-filled with the program’s end date, but you can’t save with it cleared.
  • Windows flip from Scheduled → Open → Closed automatically on the dates you set, checked hourly in your gym’s timezone.
On the Registration step, under Registration Availability, pick how the window starts:
  • Open Registration Now — registration is live immediately once you save.
  • Schedule Registration — pick a future Open Date and Open Time. Until then the program shows on your marketing site as opening on that date, so families can plan.
Set the close. Under Registration Closes, choose a Close Date and Close Time. When you reach the Registration step, the Close Date is pre-filled with the program’s end date (if it has one), but it’s required — Uplifter won’t save the program with it cleared. The close must also come after the open — Uplifter won’t save a window that closes before it opens. Automatic transitions. You don’t have to flip the switch manually. A scheduled window opens on its own at the open date and time, and every window closes at its close date and time. These checks run each hour and respect your club’s timezone, so a “9:00 AM” open really means 9:00 AM where you are. To let specific families in before the window opens, use an early access code — see the article below.
