  • Setup has three guided steps: Brand your site, Your gym’s details (optional), and Set up your homepage; only branding and homepage must be saved to reach the go-live checklist and your dashboard.
  • Your site can’t go live until your business is verified for payments and your payout account is created; a bank account isn’t required to publish.
  • Go to my dashboard finishes setup even if payments and publishing aren’t done. The Getting Started card on Home keeps the remaining steps.
  • Completing setup and publishing need the Edit Settings permission.
After you create your club, a wizard headed Set up your account and your club’s name walks you through three steps, listed on the left and ending in Go live. You can go back a step but not skip ahead. If you leave, setup resumes at the first step you haven’t finished; branding and homepage count as done only once you select Continue on them.

Brand your site

Upload a logo (colors are detected automatically) and a favicon, then set your primary and secondary colors, with a live preview. Continue stays off while a color is invalid. See How do I set my brand colors, logo, and favicon?

Your gym's details (optional)

Add the address and phone number families see on your public site. Nothing is required: choose I’ll add this later to skip, or Save to continue and fill in your club’s default location wherever it’s blank. Already on file? This step is skipped automatically.

Set up your homepage

Write a headline, subheadline, and intro text, with a live preview. Switch which sections show: Registration, Calendar, Store, and Contact start on; Competitions and Team start off. See How do I customize my home page banner (hero) and info boxes?.
Next comes the go-live checklist, headed “Almost there - let’s go live” (“You’re live!” once published). Set up payments. Status and button track verification: Each button opens the Set up payments screen; Checklist (top right) brings you back to this list. Once verified, Uplifter creates your payout account automatically. Finalize only opens that screen to show progress; you act only if a blocker, like a country mismatch, appears. See How do I get verified to accept payments?. Publish your site. Locked, with a Verify to unlock link to payments, until your business is verified and your payout account exists. Then it offers Go live; once live it switches to View site, in a new tab. Until then, the sidebar reads View web address and your address shows “This website is not published yet. Please check back soon.” Moving from Uplifter 1.0? Go live shows “Finish your final import before publishing.” until Uplifter runs your final import. Unfinished optional tasks appear below as cards: Invite your team, Create a program, Add a registration category, Create a season or Set up training levels (if your club uses them), and Set up waivers. Selecting one finishes setup and opens that page; done tasks show a checkmark. Go to my dashboard. Available once branding and homepage are saved, it completes setup even with payments or publishing unfinished. Home then shows a Getting Started card (“N of M complete”) with a tile for every step, done ones checked. Tasks tick off on their own once done elsewhere, and a skipped step counts as done.
