Must know
- Who sees it: Analytics must be on your club’s plan and your role needs View Dashboard. The Revenue tab and the money cards on other tabs need View Financials (Admin and Accountant roles by default), so default Coach and Volunteer roles see five tabs.
- Numbers load when you open a tab. Nothing refreshes on its own, so reload the page to see new activity.
- No export here. Analytics covers the whole club with no filters or download. Use Reports for figures you can filter and export.
- Warning cards hide at zero: At-Risk Indicators and Disengagement Warning appear only when there is something to flag.

Where do I see fill rates and attendance? Fill rates are on Programs: Avg Fill Rate and the Program Fill Rates chart, which cover active programs that have a capacity set. If none do, the chart reads “No programs with capacity set”. Attendance is on Engagement.
Trend ranges. The trend charts on Overview, Retention, Revenue, Engagement and Programs each have a picker for Last 3 months, Last 6 months or Last 12 months. The Website chart offers Last 3 months, Last 30 days or Last 7 days.
Share or reopen a tab. The tab you pick is kept in the page address, so a refresh or a shared link reopens the same tab. A link to a tab you cannot see, or an unknown one, opens Overview.
From the Home page. On the home dashboard, New Athletes This Month opens Overview and Revenue This Month opens the Revenue tab. If your plan does not include Analytics, they open Athletes and Financials instead.
Analytics vs. Reports. Analytics is for scanning trends on screen. When you need rows you can filter, sort and download, use Reports.
