Must know
  • What a view keeps: the date range, filters, search, columns and export format, not the sort order.
  • Sharing: a new view is Only me until you share it with Everyone at the club or Specific staff, as view-only or editable.
  • Defaults: a report opens on your default view, or else the club default. Setting a club default needs the Edit Settings permission.
  • Deleting a shared view removes it for everyone it was shared with.
Where to find it. Every report with an Export button has a Views button beside it. It names the view you’re on and adds a Modified badge once you change something. The menu lists My views and Shared with me. Views are saved per report.
1

Set up the report

Set the date range, filters and search, then tick columns under Export > Columns (table and export). Those picks set the on-screen table as well as the exported file.
2

Save it as a view

Click Views > Save as new…. In Save this view, enter a Name (up to 80 characters) and click Save view. Each of your views on a report needs its own name.
3

Share it

With the view selected, click Views > Share… and pick Only me, Everyone at the club or Specific staff. For everyone, turn on Anyone can edit to let them change it. For specific staff, choose people under Staff and set each to Can view or Can edit. Click Save sharing.
4

Set a default

With the view selected, click Set as my default to open the report on it every time. With Edit Settings, Set as club default does the same for staff without their own default, and makes the view visible to all staff whatever its sharing. Once set, these read Clear my default and Clear club default.
Changing a view. Pick a view in the menu to apply it. After changing the report, Save updates the view; Save as new… keeps the original. Save, Rename… and Share… appear only on views you can edit: your own, ones shared with you to edit, or any you can open as a club admin. Which view opens. Your personal default wins, then the club default, then the report’s own settings. A report has one club default, so setting a new one replaces the old. Reset to report defaults returns to the report’s own settings with no view selected. It deletes nothing. Deleting a view. Only the view’s owner or a club admin sees Delete view. After you confirm, a shared view disappears for everyone it was shared with. Anything already exported is unaffected.
