Must know
  • Bulk edit changes one setting at a time across every program you pick — run it again to change a second setting.
  • Nothing is saved until you confirm. Uplifter first runs a dry check against each selected program, and any that can’t take the change (for example, a setting that’s locked because the program already has enrollments) are listed with the reason and left untouched.
  • The Select button only appears if your role can edit programs.
Use bulk edit when the same change — a season, a category, a registration window, a capacity, a requirement — needs to land on many programs at once.
1

Turn on selection

On Registrations → Programs, click Select (top right, beside Add program). The page enters selection mode.
2

Choose your programs

Click each program to tick it, or use Select all on page. The running count shows on the Bulk edit button. Cancel exits and clears your selection.
3

Pick a setting

Click Bulk edit, then choose the one setting to change — grouped into General, Registration, Requirements, Waitlist & staff, and Appearance. Enter the new value and click Continue.
4

Review and apply

Uplifter validates each program. Any it can’t change appear under Can’t be updated with a reason; the rest appear under Ready to update. Tick I understand this change applies to all listed programs, then click Apply to N programs — the button names how many are ready to update.
5

See the results

Each program shows whether it updated or why it was skipped. Choose Edit another field to change a second setting on the same programs, or Close.
Setting Status to Complete in bulk does exactly what completing one program does: remaining sessions and recurring charges are cancelled, registration closes, and enrolled athletes are kept on the roster as a record. It can’t be undone, so review the list carefully first.
