Must know
- Export: click Export, pick CSV or Excel and your columns, then Download. One file holds up to 25,000 rows and follows your filters, search and sort.
- Dates follow your club’s time zone, and the date range you pick carries across tabs and reloads.
- Row limit: a report that hits its limit shows This report hit its row limit and marks affected cards Partial. Narrow the dates or filters.
- Reports must be turned on for your club. Some also need a feature (such as Training or Store) or a permission (such as View Financials). There are no scheduled or emailed reports.
1
Pick a report
Click a type, such as Registrations. Several reports appear as tabs. A single report opens straight away.
2
Set dates and search
The date pickers sit at the top, labelled for the report (for example Registered from and Registered to). Aging reports use one as-of date. Type 2 or more characters in Search to narrow the table rows. Summary cards and the chart ignore the search.
3
Narrow with Filters
Click Filters to open a side panel. Changes apply as you make them. Clear all resets them and Done closes the panel. Most pickers take several choices.
4
Sort and page
Click a column header, then choose Asc or Desc. Tables open at 100 rows per page. The pager also offers 25 and 50.
5
Export
Click Export. Choose a Format, tick columns under Columns (table and export), then click Download. Download stays off until you tick a column. The same ticks set the table’s columns. Your choices are remembered per report in this browser.
