Must know
  • The directory defaults to showing Active, Trial, and Graduated athletes — Inactive athletes are hidden until you add the Inactive status filter.
  • The Levels and Memberships columns appear when those features are enabled for your club. Each also has a matching filter — but the filter only shows once you’ve set up at least one level or membership group, so a newly enabled feature can leave an empty column with no filter yet. The Competitions column is also feature-gated, but it’s column-only — there’s no Competitions filter.
  • Filter options are drawn from your full club-wide lists, not just the current page, so the choices stay complete as you page through.
The Athlete Directory gives you a searchable, filterable roster. Use these controls together to narrow to exactly the athletes you need.
1

Search by name

Type in the Search athletes… box. Results update as you type and reset to the first page.
2

Filter

Click Filters to open the panel. Toggle checkboxes under Level, Status, Program, and Membership. Once any filter is active, a count badge on the Filters button shows how many are set (at any screen width). Inside the panel, Clear all resets everything; a separate Clear filters button also appears in the toolbar next to Filters whenever a filter is active.
3

Switch between Table and Cards

Use the toggle in the toolbar to switch the same results between the Table and Cards layouts.
4

Page through results

Use the pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages. In Table view you can also change the page size (10, 20, or 50 per page); Cards view pages through at a fixed size.
To include retired athletes, open Filters and check Inactive under Status. Related: What do the athlete statuses mean? · What is an athlete record? · How do I add an athlete to my roster?
