Must know
  • Monthly and Yearly make a membership recurring — it auto-renews open-endedly until the member cancels or the membership’s end date passes.
  • One-time and Per Session bill a single cycle only.
  • There’s no installment or down-payment option — billing is a flat one-time or recurring charge.
Pricing lives in the Pricing & Billing card on the membership form.
1

Set the price

In Price, enter the amount members pay each cycle. Enter 0 for a free membership.
2

Choose a billing interval

Pick a Billing Interval:
  • One-time — a single charge, one cycle.
  • Per Session — a single-cycle charge.
  • Monthly — recurring; renews and rebills each month automatically.
  • Yearly — recurring; renews and rebills each year automatically.
When you choose Monthly or Yearly, the form confirms members renew automatically each cycle until they cancel.
3

Set the dates

Set the Start Date and an optional End Date. For Monthly or Yearly, the Start Date anchors the repeating cycles and the End Date stops new cycles from starting after it. For One-time or Per Session, the Start Date simply marks when coverage begins and the End Date marks when it ends — there’s only ever the one cycle. See membership billing cycles for how the periods are generated.
4

Confirm online availability

The Available for purchase online toggle sits in the Details card near the top of the form — above Pricing & Billing, not inside it. Keep it on so families can buy the membership in your store, or turn it off to assign it manually only.
