Must know
  • Cancelling takes effect immediately — it’s not scheduled for your renewal date.
  • Any pending or in-progress subscription invoices are voided.
  • Cancelling isn’t permanent — you can reactivate your club yourself later from the deactivation page.
  • A locked subscription can’t be self-cancelled; contact your Uplifter contact.
Cancelling deactivates your whole club, so there are two confirmation steps to make sure it’s intentional.
1

Open Change Plan

Go to Settings → Billing & Usage → Subscription Billing and click Change Plan.
2

Click Cancel Plan

In the dialog, click Cancel Plan (bottom-left). The first confirmation lists what cancelling does immediately.
3

Review the effects and continue

Cancelling immediately deactivates your organization, stops all recurring billing, blocks admins from the dashboard, takes down your marketing site, and halts automated notifications and campaigns. Click Continue.
4

Confirm cancellation

On the Confirm Cancellation screen, click Yes, Cancel My Plan. Your organization is deactivated, your subscription is cancelled, and any pending invoices are voided.
This is different from a downgrade: a downgrade keeps your club running on a cheaper plan, while cancelling shuts the club down. If you only want to spend less, downgrade to Free instead. When you’re ready to come back, reactivation is self-serve.
