Must know
  • Open rates rely on the recipient’s email app loading tracking, so opens can be undercounted when a client blocks it — treat the open rate as a floor.
  • Draft and Scheduled campaigns show zeros or dashes until they’ve actually sent.
  • Available on plans that include Email Campaigns — if you don’t see the Email Campaigns area, ask your Uplifter contact.
On the Email Campaigns list, click any campaign to open its detail view — drafts and scheduled campaigns open the same view, they just show zeros until they’ve actually sent. It has two tabs: Overview and Recipients. Overview. Six tiles across the top summarize the send:
  • Delivered — messages accepted by the recipient’s mail server (not a guarantee of inbox placement — a message routed to spam still counts as delivered).
  • Opened and Clicked — how many recipients opened the email and clicked a link.
  • Failed / Bounced — messages that couldn’t be delivered.
  • Open Rate and Click Rate — those figures as percentages.
Below the tiles, a set of insight rows adds Click-to-open, Delivery rate, Avg time to open, Peak open hour, Unsubscribes, and Spam complaints. A Top Clicked Links list shows which links drew the most clicks, and — only when the campaign’s links are credited with bringing a brand-new club onto Uplifter — a Revenue Attribution panel appears (Signups, Conversions, Conversion rate, and Total revenue). For a typical campaign to your own families, that panel won’t show at all. Recipients. Switch to this tab for the per-person message table, then search or filter by delivery status. A message the mail provider accepted but hasn’t yet confirmed delivered reads Sent, not Pending — so a message that already went out no longer looks stuck. For a large send this table shows only the most recent recipients — a note reads Showing the [N] most recent recipients of [total] — so search and filter cover that recent slice, while the Overview tiles still count everyone. Clicking one of the count tiles on the Overview tab jumps you straight to that filtered list. One exception: the Failed / Bounced tile jumps to Bounced-status messages only, so sends that failed outright (with no bounce) are counted in the tile’s number but aren’t included in that view. To see those, pick Failed from the status filter instead. The Overview insight rows surface your delivery rate, unsubscribes, and spam complaints — keep an eye on these across sends, since a rising bounce or complaint rate is a good prompt to clean up your list.
