Must know
- Available on plans that include Store — if you don’t see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
- Leaving inventory blank means unlimited stock that never counts down.
- For a simple product, restock three ways: add to current, set an exact number, or restore to max. Variant products set an exact quantity per option instead.
- Low Stock and Sold out labels are display-only — no alert or email is sent.
- Cancelling or refunding an order does not return its items to stock automatically — adjust inventory yourself with Restock whenever an order is cancelled or refunded.
Setting stock levels
When you create or edit a product, choose whether to track inventory. For a simple product, turn off Unlimited Inventory and enter a Max Inventory and Current Stock. For a product with variants, each option has its own Max and Current fields — the parent product’s stock is cleared because the variants own it. Leaving the fields blank keeps that item unlimited, and it never decrements on a sale.Restocking
1
Open the restock dialog
On Store → Products, click the Restock button in a product’s Inventory column.
2
Set the new stock
For a simple product, choose a restock type — Add to current stock, Set exact quantity, or Restore to max (shown only when the item has a max set) — then type the quantity. For a product with variants, there’s no mode picker: the dialog lists each option with its own field, and you type the new exact quantity for each one you want to restock.

Update stock
Click Update Stock to apply the change. Each adjustment is recorded automatically.
