Must know
  • Available on plans that include Time Tracking — if you don’t see the Time Clock, ask your Uplifter contact.
  • The work type is auto-detected from the program in session, but a manual choice always overrides it.
  • An entry left open past your limit (12 hours by default) is automatically clocked out by the system.
Once Time Tracking is on, staff can clock time from the dedicated Time Clock page or the always-visible clock widget in the portal header.
1

Clock in

Open Time Tracking → Time Clock, or use the clock widget in the header. Click Clock In and choose a Work type (or accept the auto-detected one).
2

Take a break

Click Take Break to open the break dialog, then confirm with Start Break to pause. Use End Break to resume. Breaks are recorded separately from worked time.
3

Switch work type mid-shift

If the task changes, use Switch work type to record the rest of the shift under a different type — your manual choice sticks until you change it again.
4

End your shift

Click End Shift at the end of the shift. The widget shows your current status throughout.
Coaches follow the same flow in their portal — see Clock in for a shift. Related: Clock in for a shift (coach) · Set up work types and pay rates · Review and approve timesheets
