Must know
  • The invitation link works for 7 days. If it’s lost or expired, Uplifter support can send a new one, which replaces the old link.
  • To accept, you set a password and add a phone number. You also confirm you’re 18 or older and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • After you accept, first-run setup opens. On a paid plan your 30-day trial is already running, so add a payment method before it ends.
How it works. Uplifter can create your club on a chosen plan and email you an invitation to be its first administrator. The subject reads “You’ve been invited to join [your club]”, or “Uplifter invited you to join [your club]” if you already have a login.

Select Set Up Your Account or Accept Invitation. Either opens the same page; what it asks depends on whether you already have a password.
2

New to Uplifter, or never set a password? The page reads Set Up Your Account: “Setting up access for [your name] ([your email]) at [your club]”. Fill in:
  • Password (required): a checklist ticks off each rule as you type.
  • Confirm Password (required).
  • Phone Number (required): the country picker opens on your club’s country.
  • Tick I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older. and the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy box. The SMS box is optional.

Or join with your existing login

The page reads Join [your club] and asks only for confirmations you haven’t given before. Select Accept Invitation, then sign in. If you already work at another club, that sign-in may open it instead, so switch to your new club.
4

Start first-run setup

In your new club, first-run setup opens: Brand your site, Your gym’s details, Set up your homepage, then the go-live checklist.
If the link doesn’t work. The page says why: If you pressed Google or Microsoft instead. New to Uplifter with your invitation still open (up to 7 days)? You’ll see “You have an invitation waiting” instead of signing in. Open the link in your email, or choose Email Code on the sign-in page with that address to get it again, even after the 7 days pass. Your trial is already running. On a paid plan, the 30-day trial starts when Uplifter creates your club, not when you accept, and no card is on file yet. Settings > Organization > Overview shows “Your club is on a 30-day trial. Add a payment method before [date] to keep your plan. Go to billing.” Related: Setting up your club on Uplifter · How do I finish setup and put my club site live? · How do I add, remove, or set a default payment method? · Why can’t I get into my club dashboard?
