Must know
  • Each payout shows Gross, Fees, and Net — net (gross minus fees) is the amount wired to your bank.
  • Nothing pays out until your payout account is verified — finish onboarding first.
  • Payouts move through Pending → Scheduled → Paid (or Failed), and the default schedule is daily.
When a family pays, the money is captured and then settles with the processor. On a set schedule, settled funds are swept from your balance to your linked bank account as a payout. You can watch every batch on Financials → Payouts. What each payout shows Every row in Payout History lists the date, a batch ID, the masked bank account, the type, the status, and the Gross / Fees / Net amounts. Net is what actually lands in your bank — gross is the total volume in the batch, and fees are the Uplifter processing fees withheld from that total. Payout types
  • Scheduled — the automatic daily (or weekly/monthly) sweep.
  • Manual — a payout you started yourself of your available balance.
Statuses
  • Pending — the batch is being prepared.
  • Scheduled — queued for its sweep.
  • Paid — sent to your bank; funds typically arrive within 1–2 business days.
  • Failed — check your bank details; click the payout for the reason.
If your account verification lapses, payouts are paused until you re-verify. Until onboarding is complete, no funds move at all. Related: How do I change my payout schedule or pay out now? · What does my Financial Overview dashboard show? · How do I finalize payments and get paid out?
