Must know
  • Available on plans that include Competitions (defaults off) — if you don’t see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
  • Entries created through public checkout arrive auto-approved, so they skip the review step.
  • Seed-mark review is manual: any mark awaiting a decision appears on the Results page, where you approve or reject it yourself.
A seed mark is a qualifying or seeding time or mark an athlete submits at registration. In the competition builder you decide, per category, whether to collect one:
  • None — no seed mark collected.
  • Manual Entry — a seed mark is collected and held for your review. You approve or reject it.
You set this per category on the Results step. In the Seed Marks (Registration) section, tick a category to put it in Manual Entry, leave it unticked to keep it at None, or use the All / None buttons to set every category at once. (When you later edit an existing competition, the same per-category control appears on its Results tab labeled Require Seed.)
1

Open the Results page

Go to Athletes → Results and select the competition, then the event/category.
2

Review submitted marks

Entries needing a decision appear with a pending status and the submitted seed mark shown alongside them.
3

Approve or reject

Approve or reject each pending seed mark. Approving flips the entry to approved; rejecting marks it rejected.
Each entry moves through pending, approved, and rejected states as you review it. Remember that publicly registered entries arrive already approved. Related: Set up competition categories and events · How do I record competition results? · What happens when an athlete outside my club registers?
