Must know
  • Credit passes must grant at least 1 credit or the pass won’t save.
  • Turning off Available for purchase online hides the pass from your website so only an admin can assign it.
  • You can attach a GL code so pass revenue posts to the right account.
  • Available on plans that include Passes — if you don’t see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
1

Open Passes

In your dashboard, go to Settings → Registration Setup → Passes and click Create Pass.
2

Name and describe the pass

Enter a Pass Name (for example, “Monthly All-Access”), an optional Description, and a Pass Image.
3

Set online availability

Leave Available for purchase online on to sell the pass on your site, or turn it off to keep it admin-assigned only.
4

Set price and billing period

Enter a Price and choose a Billing PeriodPer Month, Per Year, or One-time. Monthly and yearly passes auto-renew.
5

Choose the pass type

Pick Unlimited pass or Credit pass (limited uses). If you choose credits, enter the number of Credits (at least 1).
6

Add optional restrictions and a GL code

Turn on Gender Restriction if the pass is limited to certain genders, and select a GL code so revenue is categorized correctly. Then click Create Pass.
Creating the pass makes the definition available to price into programs and, if enabled, to sell online. The next step is usually pricing your programs for holders and turning on the public Passes page.
