Must know
  • These requirements live on the Requirements step and are collected from the family during the public registration flow.
  • Waivers and custom questions must already exist in their own areas before you can require them on a program — the toggle links you there if none are set up. Medical information works from sensible defaults, so you can require it even without any prior setup.
  • Custom Questions are available on plans that include Custom Information — if you don’t see the option, ask your Uplifter contact.
On the Requirements step you can make families provide information before they can complete checkout. Toggle on any of the following: Waiver Requirement. Turn it on and pick one or more active waivers. Families sign the selected waivers during checkout. If you have no active waivers yet, follow the link to create one first. Medical Information Requirement. Turn it on to require families to provide medical information during checkout. The categories they’re asked about come from your Medical Information Settings, which start from sensible defaults — visit that page if you want to change what’s collected. File Upload Requirement. Turn it on to require a file during registration — for example, routine music or a birth certificate. Give the upload a label and choose which file types you’ll accept. Custom Questions. Turn it on and select the questions you want asked. Answers are captured alongside the registration. Each requirement you enable becomes a step the family must complete on your marketing site before they can pay, so you get the paperwork up front instead of chasing it later.
