Must know
  • You must undo the change before its scheduled date; after that it applies at renewal.
  • Undoing it clears the pending change with no charge.
  • Your existing renewal date stays exactly the same.
When you schedule a downgrade, a lateral move, or a switch to monthly billing, a Scheduled to change to … banner appears on your Current Plan card. As long as that banner is showing, you can reverse it.
1

Find the scheduled-change banner

Go to Settings → Billing & Usage → Subscription Billing. The amber banner on the Current Plan card names the plan you’re scheduled to move to and the date.
2

Keep your current plan

Click Keep [your current plan] on the banner. That clears the pending change instantly.
You can also do this from the Change Plan dialog: re-select your current plan and cycle, and a green note confirms there’s no charge and that the scheduled change will be cancelled — it names your current plan, so it reads something like “No charge — you’ll keep your current Gold and the scheduled change will be cancelled.” The confirm button reads Keep [your current plan] — click it to reinstate. Either way, you’re kept on your current plan at your current renewal date, and nothing is charged. This only applies to scheduled changes — cancelling your whole subscription is a separate flow.
