Must know
  • Available on plans that include Training — if you don’t see the Training section, ask your Uplifter contact.
  • A template holds only the skill list plus a completion rule — the scoring lives on each individual skill.
  • A template needs at least one skill; the “Number of skills” threshold defaults to 1 and can’t exceed the template’s skill count, so an evaluation can never be impossible to complete.
An evaluation template is a reusable checklist of skills that coaches score against — for example, “Level 1 Assessment.”
1

Start a template

Go to Settings → Training → Evaluation Templates and click New Template. Give it a Name and optional Description.
2

Choose the completion rule

Under Completion requirements, pick how the evaluation counts as complete: Percentage of skills, Number of skills, or All required skills. Set the threshold where applicable.
3

Pick the skills

Select the Skills to include (they’re grouped by discipline), then save. You’ll need at least one skill.
Once built, a template can be set as the Default evaluation template on a session: open a session and choose Edit session. The coach portal then pre-selects that template when a coach evaluates the session. Related: Set up skills, levels, and disciplines · Score athletes during class (coach)
