Must know
  • Where to edit. The hero (the banner at the top of your home page, not the Ask Hero assistant) and information boxes are on Settings > Website > Home Page. One Save Changes button in that screen’s header saves both. Saving needs Edit Settings access.
  • Hiding the badge. To hide the Registration Now Open badge, switch off Registration Now Open badge in the Hero Section card and click Save Changes. The badge also hides on its own while no program is open for registration or your Programs page is off.
  • Club name line. Your club’s public name shows as its own line under the headline, unless the headline already ends with it.
  • Up to 3 information boxes. A box shows only when both its title and its content are filled in.

Hero Section

Add your image

Go to Settings > Website > Home Page and open the Hero Section card. Upload a Hero Background Image (1920x1080px is recommended). If an upload fails, you see “Failed to upload image. Please try again.”

Add your text

Fill in the Headline and Subheadline, then write a short welcome in Introduction Text.

Choose your badges

Use the Registration Now Open badge switch (on by default) to show or hide that badge. Fill in Age Range, Program Periods, and Location to show small badges. Leave one empty to hide it.

Save

Click Save Changes at the top right. You see “Home page saved”, or “Failed to save changes” if it did not work.
Nothing saves until you click Save Changes. An “Unsaved changes” note shows beside the button while you have edits. If you leave with edits, you are asked “Discard unsaved changes?”

Information Boxes

Where to find it. Open the Information Boxes card on the same screen. Each box has a title and content pair: Box 1 Title and Box 1 Content, then Box 2, then Box 3. Content uses the rich-text editor, so you can add formatting and links. Leave a box’s title and content empty to hide it.

What visitors see

Top to bottom. The banner comes first, in your brand color, with the Registration Now Open badge, the headline, your club name on its own line (alone if the headline is empty), the subheadline, your small badges, and a View Programs button when your Programs page is on. Below it come your Hero Background Image as a wide 16:9 picture (not behind the banner text), the introduction text in its own card, and your Programs section if that page is on. The information boxes come last: one box is centered, and two or three sit side by side on wider screens. If your plan includes Website Customization. On Settings > Website > Pages you can pick another page under Landing Page. The hero and boxes then show on your Home page’s own address instead of your site’s main address. If you also hide Home, they do not show on your site at all.
