Must know
- Plan and role. Custom Questions needs the Custom Information plan feature. Only club admins (the Admin role) can create, edit or delete questions.
- Creating is not asking. A new question is asked nowhere until you attach it to a program, membership, product or pass (see Get it asked).
- Locked once answered. There are eleven answer types. The type or subject cannot change once existing answers would no longer fit, and deleting a question keeps the answers already given.
- Validity. With a Validity Period (1 to 3650 days), an older answer is asked again at the family’s next checkout.
