Must know
- Drafts need dates. Save as Draft on a new program needs a name plus a Start Date and End Date.
- Days and times are optional. A class with none is saved as Schedule TBD and stays off the calendar until you add them. You can still finish it (unless it’s priced from a rate card), and your club website shows Schedule TBD.
- Finished means live, if visible. A program you finish goes Active with registration Open, but families only see it while Visible to Families is on and any Go-Live time has passed.
- Application Required needs a feature. The enrollment choice only appears when Uplifter has turned on Program Applications for your club.
1
Open the builder
Go to Registrations > Programs and click Add program. With no programs yet, the list shows its own Add program button. Clicking a numbered step in the step bar only takes you back, never ahead. On a phone the step bar shows only the numbers.
2
General
Enter the Program Name (required), description, color and Program Image, then a Category and Season if your club uses them. Choose a Registration Style: Enroll in entire program, Sign up per class or Full & Drop-in. See registration styles and seasons and categories.
3
Schedule
On Date & Location, set the Start Date and End Date (no more than 10 years from today); Use Season Dates fills both. Days and times are optional: with none, Next asks “You haven’t set a day or time for this class.” Choose Continue to save it as Schedule TBD. Location and Spaces are optional.
4
Billing
On Billing & Pricing, set the price; blank or 0 is free. For Enroll in entire program or Full & Drop-in, first choose the Billing Schedule (One-time payment, Monthly recurring or Annual recurring). Sign up per class has a price per session instead. Tax Exempt is here too, plus Proration for a one-time or monthly price on the full-program styles, and a drop-in price for Full & Drop-in.
5
Requirements
On Requirements & Restrictions, switch on who can register (age, gender, level, membership, pass, waivers, medical info, files, custom questions), plus Achievement Requirement, Purchase conditions and Capacity Limit. See age, level, gender and membership, waivers and medical info, earlier purchases and capacity.
6
Waitlist and Staff
Waitlist Settings appears only when Waitlists is on: Enable Waitlist, Automatic Promotion, Show Families Their Place in Line and Maximum Waitlist Size. On Staff Assignments, assign coaches and choose Show Coach on Marketing Site. A coach missing a required certification blocks the save. See turn on a waitlist and assign coaches.
7
Registration
On Registration Window, if Uplifter has turned on Program Applications, first choose an Enrollment Mode: Open Enrollment or Application Required (which removes the Requirements and Waitlist steps). Then choose Open Registration Now or Schedule Registration (only before the start date). A close date is required and starts as the program end date. You can add an Early Access Code (Generate), set Visible to Families and an optional Go-Live Date & Time. See registration windows, early access codes and application-based programs.
