Must know
  • The Show on Marketing Site toggle lives on the Registration step of the builder (and the Registration tab of the Configure panel). It’s on by default.
  • Turning it off hides the program from your public site’s program listings — but the program stays open for registration and its direct link still works.
  • Hidden programs are flagged with a Hidden badge on their card in your dashboard, so you can spot them at a glance.
Sometimes you want a program that families can register for without it appearing in your public browse pages — a soft launch, an invite-only clinic, or a competitive team you fill by hand.
1

Open the Registration step

In the program builder, go to the Registration step. If the program is already live, open its Configure panel and switch to the Registration tab instead.
2

Turn off Show on Marketing Site

Find Show on Marketing Site and switch it off. Save the program.
What “hidden” means. The program drops off your public site’s program browse and discovery listings, but it stays exactly as open as its registration window says. Anyone with the program’s direct registration link can still view it and enroll — so pair this with an early access code or a link you share only with the families you want. Finding hidden programs. On the Registrations → Programs page, programs with the toggle switched off carry a Hidden badge — look for the badge to spot exactly those. Open Filters and use the Marketing Site filter to show All programs, only those Shown on marketing site, or only those Hidden from marketing site. Keep in mind that Hidden from marketing site surfaces every program that isn’t currently live on the public site for any reason — drafts, completed programs, and closed registration windows too — not only the ones you’ve toggled off.
