  • Visible to Families. Off hides the program from your club website and the family portal’s Discover feed. Registration and the direct link keep working.
  • Go-Live Date & Time (optional). Keeps the program out of every listing until that time in your club’s time zone, then it appears on its own.
  • How to spot hidden programs. An eye-off icon marks a hidden program in your Programs list. A calendar icon marks one scheduled to go live.
  • Per program only. Bulk edit can’t change visibility or go-live, and you need the Edit Training permission to change them on an existing program (Create Training when you set them while creating one).
Use this for a soft launch or an invite-only clinic. Both settings sit together on the Registration step of the builder and the Registration tab of Configure.

Open the Registration settings

On Registrations > Programs, open a program’s row menu and choose Configure, then the Registration tab. For a draft, Configure opens the builder: go to its Registration step. The Settings button on the program’s page works too. To use the builder on a live program, choose Edit step-by-step.

Hide it, schedule it, or both

Switch off Visible to Families to hide the program. To publish it later, leave the switch on and pick a Go-Live Date & Time (optional). If Visible to Families is off, the program stays hidden whatever the go-live time is.

Save

Choose Save Changes in Configure, Save Program in the builder, or Create Program for a new program. Save as Draft also works for a new program or a draft.
What “hidden” means. The program is left out of what families browse: your club website (home, programs, calendar, team page) and the family portal’s Discover feed and program search. Anyone with the program’s direct link can still view it and register. To limit who signs up, keep registration scheduled rather than open and share an early access code. Once registration is open, the code no longer limits anything. The link only works while the program is active: a draft or complete program shows a Page Not Found page. How go-live works. The time you pick is in your club’s time zone. The program starts showing on its own once the time passes. Registration and the direct link work before then. If the go-live time is after registration closes, Uplifter warns you that the program will never appear in a registration listing and only people with the direct link will find it. Spotting these programs. On the Programs list, an icon next to a program’s name marks it: an eye-off icon means it is hidden from families and a calendar icon means it is scheduled to go live. Hover the icon for details. To filter, open Filters and use Visible to Families with All programs, Visible to families or Hidden from families. Hidden from families shows every program families can’t currently find on your club website’s programs page or the Discover feed: hidden programs, drafts, complete programs, closed registration windows and programs waiting on go-live. Copying a program. Copy from Existing does not carry these settings. The copy starts with Visible to Families on and no go-live time.
