Must know
- The built-in page switches on Settings > Website > Pages save only with Save Changes (a custom page’s own switch saves right away).
- On by default: Programs, Store, Passes, Memberships, Calendar, and Contact (plus Home, if your plan includes Website Customization). Off by default: Gift Cards, Events, Competitions, Facilities, and Our Team.
- Cards for features your plan lacks are hidden, and a switched-on page can still drop from your menu when it has nothing to show, like a Store with no active products.
- The Memberships switch hides the whole Memberships page, not a single membership.

Open Pages
Go to Settings > Website > Pages. You need the View Settings permission to see it and Edit Settings to save. Each card has a manage link, like Edit Home Page, Manage Events, or Organization Overview.

Switch pages on or off, then Save Changes
Flip the switches you want, then click Save Changes. Flipping one shows an Unsaved changes hint; leaving without saving asks “Discard unsaved changes?” A successful save shows “Page visibility settings saved.”
What turning a page off really does. Store, Passes, Memberships, Gift Cards, Events, Competitions, Facilities, Our Team, and Contact go unavailable at their own address when off; Programs and Calendar just drop from the menu, still reachable by direct link. An empty page, like a Store with no products, only drops from the menu; a Contact page with no details on file goes fully unavailable.
The Shop menu. When two or more of Store, Passes, Memberships, and Gift Cards are live, they share one Shop menu; a single one gets its own tab. With Website Customization, you can reorder, rename, or split it on Settings > Website > Navigation; pages switched off still drop out.
Landing page (Website Customization). The Landing Page selector sets where visitors land and lists only visible pages. Save your switches first; a new choice then saves at once (“Landing page updated”). If you switch off your current landing page, Save Changes moves it to the first page still on (“Page visibility saved. Landing page moved to [page].”). At least one page must stay visible.
Seasons and custom pages (plan features). With Seasons, a Programs Page card adds a Group programs by season switch (off by default) for a heading per season plus a final Other programs heading. With Website Customization, Custom Pages and New Page build your own pages: each starts hidden with its own switch that saves at once (“Page is now visible” / “Page hidden”), a pencil to edit, a trash icon to delete, and a tag for Landing page or Not in navigation.
Contact and Facilities pull from your club settings. Contact shows the email from Settings > Organization > Overview and phone from your default facility; Facilities lists your active facilities. See Update your Contact and Facilities pages.
Hiding one membership, not the whole page. This switch hides the entire Memberships page. To hide one membership, turn off Available for purchase online on it instead (Athletes > Memberships > Edit > Details). See How do I hide a membership from my club website?.
