Must know
  • Some pages are on out of the box (Programs, Calendar, Contact, Passes, Memberships) and some are off (Facilities, Team, Competitions, Store, Gift Cards) — check each one.
  • Competitions, Store, Passes, Memberships, and Gift Cards only appear as options when that feature is included in your plan.
  • The Store page stays hidden from visitors until you have at least one active product, even when its toggle is on. Gift Cards also needs the Store page enabled before it can show.
Page Visibility controls which sections show in your public website’s navigation. Turning a page off hides it from visitors without deleting any of your data.
1

Open Page Visibility

Go to Settings → Website → Pages (the page you land on is titled Page Visibility). Each page is a card with a toggle and a short description.
2

Toggle the pages you want

Switch each page on or off: Programs, Calendar, Contact, Facilities, Team, Competitions, Store, Passes, Memberships, and Gift Cards. The header shows how many pages are currently enabled.
3

Jump to the content behind a page

Each card has a quick link (for example Manage Programs or Manage Products) so you can set up what the page will display.
4

Save Changes

Click Save Changes to apply. Changes appear on your published site right away.
A page toggled on will still stay hidden if it has nothing to show — for example, the Store waits for an active product, and Passes and Memberships wait until you have something available online.
