Must know
  • Paid plans include a 30-day free trial — you’re not charged on the day you sign up, and billing starts only after the trial ends.
  • You choose Monthly or Yearly billing at signup; yearly is offered when a plan has a yearly price and shows how much you save.
  • Free plans have no trial and become active immediately, with no card required.
At the Plan step of signup you choose the plan that fits your club. Each plan lists a Monthly price and, where offered, a Yearly price, along with what’s included (such as SMS and email allowances per month). One plan is marked Popular and is preselected for you. Prices show in your club’s currency, which follows the country you chose earlier in signup. Monthly or yearly billing A Monthly / Yearly toggle sits above the plans. Switch to Yearly to see each plan’s yearly price and how much it saves versus paying monthly — a Save ~N% badge appears on the toggle for the plan you’ve selected. Plans that don’t offer a yearly price stay greyed out while Yearly is selected. Whichever cycle you pick is what you’ll be billed once your trial ends. Comparing plans Open the plan comparison to see every plan side by side — pricing and included allowances — so you can pick the right tier before you continue. Paid plans and the trial Choosing a paid plan shows Continue to Payment, where you enter a card. That starts your 30-day free trial: nothing is charged today, and your first charge only happens when the trial ends — for the cycle you chose. Your saved card is used for that charge. Free plans A free plan shows Review Organization instead and activates right away — no card and no trial. You can review or change your plan, and switch between monthly and yearly billing, later from your dashboard billing settings.
