Must know
  • Off by default. A club that has never chosen gets Do not include signed documents. A club moved over from its old Uplifter site may start with its old choice.
  • Limits. Links expire after 30 days. Attachments are limited to 5 PDFs and 8 MB per receipt. Past either limit, the rest go as links.
  • Buyer only. Documents go only to the buyer, in the version they signed.

Open Notifications

Go to Settings > Communication > Notifications and find the Signed waivers on purchase receipts card at the top.

Choose Document delivery

Pick one from Document delivery:

Click Save receipt setting. The message “Receipt waiver delivery saved” confirms it.
Who can change it. You need the Edit Settings permission. Other staff see the card read-only. What goes out. Only waivers completed as part of that purchase are included. Links work for 30 days, and only while the buyer keeps access to the documents. A document problem never stops the receipt from sending. Where a club starts. Resending and switching off. A receipt you resend from an invoice uses the setting as it stands now, and any links in it are fresh 30-day links. Signed documents travel on the Checkout receipt email in the System Rules tab, so switching that email off stops the receipt and its documents.
