  • Available on plans that include Bookings (off by default). Only Active bookings appear on your club website.
  • Capacity is a switch. Off means no limit. On, it counts attendees (not reservations) across overlapping confirmed reservations.
  • On a booking with no Duration, one confirmed reservation takes its time range off your club website for everyone, whatever the capacity.
  • Pending reservations hold nothing. Capacity is checked again when you approve.
What members see. The booking page shows an Availability list, Available from a date to a date (or onward) and, with capacity on, a label such as 6 per slot. Members click a date under Select a Date, pick a time under Available Times for that day, and the button changes from Select a Time Slot to Register Now. Which dates can be picked. The calendar greys out dates before the Start Date, dates after the End Date, and weekdays with no availability window. The End Date is inclusive in your club’s time zone: members can book through that whole day, then the booking becomes Completed and leaves your club website. Fixed-duration bookings. With a Duration (minutes) (1 to 480) and an optional Buffer (minutes), Uplifter builds a grid of slots inside each window. Each slot starts after the previous one ends plus the buffer, and a slot is only created if it fits fully inside the window. A leftover shorter than the Duration is dropped. A full slot stays in the list, greyed out and crossed through, and cannot be clicked. A partly booked slot stays selectable. Variable-window bookings. With no Duration, members see the whole window, with the booked ranges listed under it and a count such as 1 slot booked. They type a Start Time and End Time and click Confirm Time Selection. An end at or before the start shows End time must be after start time. A time that overlaps a booked range shows That time overlaps an already-booked slot. Please choose another. This applies even with Capacity switched off. How capacity counts. The Capacity card says “Limit the number of concurrent bookings” and the field says Max bookings, but the number is attendees. With a capacity of 6, one reservation for 4 and another for 2 fill a fixed slot. Open Registration bookings ask for Number of Attendees, up to the whole capacity. Athlete Registration counts each reservation as 1 attendee. A slot can look open and still refuse. The picker marks a slot full only when booked attendees have reached the capacity. Checkout also adds the new party, and any other cart lines for that slot. If the total goes over, the family sees That booking time is no longer available. Please choose another slot. Approval. A booking with Require Approval creates Pending reservations that don’t count toward capacity, so several can stack on one slot. Approving one that would overflow is refused with “Approving this reservation would exceed the booking capacity of 6” (your capacity in place of 6). Pending can become Confirmed or Cancelled. Confirmed can be Cancelled, which frees the slot. Cancelled cannot be confirmed again. If the slot fills during payment. The slot is checked once more after payment. If it filled in the meantime (rare), no reservation is created but the payment stands. Booking lines show Bookings can’t be refunded yet in the refund dialog, so you sort it out by hand.
