Must know
  • Pick an evaluation template first — its skills fill the grid, and you can adjust the pass rule for that session.
  • Submit auto-marks each athlete Pass or Retry from their skill results, and ends the class when no one is left to evaluate.
  • You can filter the grid by discipline and edit its skill list on the fly.
Once you’ve started a class and marked who’s present, the portal drops you onto the scoring screen.
1

Pick a template

Choose an evaluation template at the top. Its skills load into the list, ready to score. You can adjust the pass rule right below it if needed.
2

Score by skill

Tap a skill to open its score grid — every present athlete in one list. For pass/fail skills, tap Pass, Working, or DNA (tap again to clear); use All pass to mark everyone at once. For point-scale and repetition skills, spin the number wheel. The count shows how many athletes you’ve scored.
3

Adjust the skill list

Use All disciplines to filter the list, or Edit skills to add or remove skills from your library mid-class (check or uncheck them in the popover).
4

Switch to by-athlete

Tap an athlete’s name in the grid to score every skill for that one athlete instead — handy when you’re working with someone individually. Switch back with Back to skills.
5

Submit

Tap Submit evaluations. Each athlete is pre-marked Pass or Retry from their results; adjust any, add a note, then submit. Only skills you actually attempted are recorded. Leave End class on submit on to finish the session.
