Must know
  • Tap Clock in (a clock icon on a phone) to open the Time Clock controls. Clock In still asks you to confirm a work type.
  • The time on the button is for your current segment only. It starts again after a break, or after a work type switch made once the first 3 minutes have passed.
  • The button is hidden when Time Tracking is off for your club or you don’t have the Track Own Time permission.
Where to find it. The button sits in the top bar. On a phone, Time Clock is under More in the bottom bar, so the header button is quicker. Staff with Track Own Time also see it in the admin dashboard. What the button shows. Clocked out, it reads Clock in on wider screens and is just a clock icon on phones. While you work it turns green and reads Working, then a count such as 1h 12m. On a break it turns amber, the icon becomes a coffee cup, and it reads Break.

Open the controls

Tap the button. A compact panel shows your status, work type, timer and buttons, without the club banner.

Clock in

Tap Clock In. In the dialog, pick a Work type. If Uplifter suggests one, it is preselected and marked (suggested).

Confirm

Tap Clock In next to Cancel. It stays greyed out until a type is picked. A Clocked in message appears.
Once you’re working. You get a work type dropdown showing your current type (pick another to switch), Take Break and End Shift. On a break you get End Break and End Shift. For the first 3 minutes, Wrong type? Change it retroactively and a countdown appear beside the dropdown. If your work or break type has a cap. The button keeps showing running time, turns yellow with 2 minutes or less left, then red and pulsing at 1 minute or less. In the panel the timer shows Max and the cap (for example Max 2h) early, then an Auto-ends in countdown from 2:00, then Max duration reached - ending…. At about 30 seconds left a message says Your shift will auto-end in 30 seconds. At the cap you see Your shift was ended automatically - max duration reached. Both messages appear with the panel closed, and say break instead of shift on a capped break. Pay stops at the cap. Staying in step. Changes reach the Time Clock page at once in the same tab.
