Must know
  • Use Add athlete on the session’s Attendance screen to pull someone onto the roster.
  • You can add a walk-in even if they aren’t enrolled in or registered for the program.
  • Once added, the athlete appears on the roster here and in the admin dashboard.
Sometimes a child shows up who isn’t on the list — a trial, a make-up, or a sibling filling in. You can add them right from the class.
1

Open Add athlete

On the class’s Attendance screen, tap Add athlete.
2

Search by name

Start typing the athlete’s name. The dialog searches across all of your club’s athletes; anyone already on this roster is hidden so you don’t add a duplicate. At a large club, the list shows the first matches and notes “Showing the first 40 of …” — keep typing to narrow it down if the athlete you want isn’t listed yet.
3

Add them

Tap Add next to the right athlete. They drop onto the roster immediately, ready to be marked present.
The athlete doesn’t need to be enrolled in or eligible for the program — adding them here works for walk-ins and drop-ins. Their attendance for this session is recorded just like anyone else’s.
