Must know
- You can set one Global Queue that acts as the default for every program, plus program-specific queues that override the global one for a single program. Each queue must be toggled on (its status shows Active) to take effect.
- Reservation Time (1–60 minutes, default 10) is how long an admitted family has to finish registering. Maximum Concurrent Users (1–1000, default 50) is how many families can be in the registration flow at once.
- Activation Mode decides when the room turns on: Always Active, When Threshold Exceeded, or During Scheduled Time. Scheduled start/end times are read in your gym’s timezone. Note that When Threshold Exceeded currently activates immediately, just like Always Active.
1
Open Registration Queues
Go to Settings → Registration Setup → Queues (the page you land on is titled Registration Queues) and choose Add Queue.
2
Pick global or program-specific
Select Global Queue to cover every program by default, or pick a specific program to give it its own queue that overrides the global one.
3
Set reservation and concurrency
Enter a Reservation Time and a Maximum Concurrent Users value. Together these control how many families work through checkout at once and how long each has before their spot is released.
4
Choose an activation mode
Pick Always Active to queue whenever the room is enabled, or During Scheduled Time to queue only inside a start/end window. When Threshold Exceeded is also offered, but note that it currently behaves the same as Always Active — the room turns on as soon as the queue is enabled. The Activation Threshold value you enter is saved but isn’t yet used to gate when the room activates.
5
Turn it on and save
Flip Queue Status on and choose Save Changes. Until it’s enabled, families reach registration directly.
