Must know
  • Available on plans that include Accounting Integrations — if you don’t see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
  • QuickBooks Online connects today; Xero appears as Coming soon.
  • Saving your mappings is what turns syncing on — and saving replaces all existing mappings, so map everything you need at once.
Connecting your accounting software lets Uplifter push your financial data into it automatically. Everything lives on Settings → Financials → Integrations.
1

Connect

On the Integrations page, click Connect to QuickBooks Online and sign in to authorize Uplifter. You’re brought back to the Integrations page in a “Setup Required” state.
2

Map your accounts

On the Map Your Accounts screen, set these groups:
  • Special Accounts — Bank Account (where deposits land), Processing Fees, Refunds Account, and Undeposited Funds.
  • Revenue & Expense Accounts — match each of your GL codes to a QuickBooks account.
  • Location attribution (optional) — if you’ve set up any facilities, map each to a QuickBooks Class or Department so your revenue and refunds carry their location.
Uplifter auto-suggests matches with badges (Auto-matched, Suggested, Review, or Select account) — adjust any that look wrong.
3

Confirm and start

Click Confirm Mappings & Start Sync. Saving your mappings is what activates the sync (you need at least one revenue/expense mapping).
4

Monitor or disconnect

The connected card shows your last sync time and Pending / Processing / Completed / Failed counts. Use Sync Now to run a sync, Show Logs to review recent activity, or Disconnect to remove the connection and its mappings. If the connection’s authorization ever expires, the card shows a Reconnect required prompt — reconnect to resume syncing.
