Must know
  • Joining is only offered when the program is full and its waitlist still has room — a waitlist can itself be full.
  • For a paid program you must have a saved card on file before you can join.
  • After joining you’ll see a “You’re on the waitlist!” confirmation; paid programs are set to auto-charge when a spot opens.
  • Waitlists appear only when your club has turned them on for a program. If there’s no waitlist option on a full program, your club hasn’t enabled one.
1

Open the full program

On the Programs page, a full program with waitlist room shows a Waitlist Available badge and a Join Waitlist button. Select it to start.
2

Work through the stepper

An amber banner notes “This program is currently full.” Continue through the same steps as a normal sign-up — athlete, any waivers, and so on.
3

Add a card for a paid program

On the review step, a paid waitlist requires a card on file. Your default card is shown with a Change link, or add one — you won’t be charged now, only when a spot opens.
4

Join the waitlist

The final step is titled Review & Join Waitlist; its button reads Join Waitlist. On success the screen switches to “You’re on the waitlist!”, and the club will email you when a spot opens.
