  • Recurring memberships always auto-renew — the only way to stop renewal is to cancel it.
  • A reminder is sent about 3 days before each renewal charge.
  • Coverage only extends after the renewal charge succeeds.

Open the Memberships page in your family portal to see the next renewal. Within 14 days of that date, a heads-up banner also appears at the top of the page. What you’re charged. The renewal charges the membership’s regular price to the card on file. About 3 days before that charge runs, Uplifter emails you a reminder so nothing is a surprise — a good moment to check your saved card is up to date. When coverage extends. Your athlete’s coverage moves forward only after the renewal charge succeeds. If the charge goes through, the membership continues seamlessly into the next period. If it doesn’t, the membership doesn’t lose time immediately — see what happens when a payment fails. To stop renewing, cancel the membership. It then ends at the close of the current paid period with no further charges, rather than renewing again.
